O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of I.D.O.P.No.14 of 2020, pending on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli to the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Negercoil.

2. The respondent is the husband of the petitioner and he has filed I.D.O.P.No.14 of 2020 on the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli for restitution of conjugal rights. It is to transfer that petition, the wife has preferred the present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed for transfer of I.D.O.P.No.14 of 2020 saying that this petition is filed to harass the respondent.

4. However, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this transfer petition. 5.In fine, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Accordingly, I.D.O.P.No.14 of 2020, now pending on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.156 of 2020 the Principal District Court, Kanyakumari at Negercoil for disposal as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
