ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to the petitioner complaint made by the petitioner dated 20/03/2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent within time stipulated by this Court.

2. when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.241 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and the fourth respondent has given undertaking that within a week he will execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner and the same was accepted by the petitioner. He further stated that if any failure is noticed on the undertaking, the petitioner can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings, on the basis of the above said undertaking, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above said closure of the complaint, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
