ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons including the respondents 3 and 4 on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
