ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.5 in Crime No.535 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341 and 302 IPC and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused are said to have committed theft in the house of the sister of the deceased and a case was registered against the first accused and he was also arrest and remanded to judicial custody. Due to which on 12.03.2015 the accused are said to have attacked the deceased with lethal weapons and caused his death.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name does not find place in the FIR and he was implicated on the confession of A1. It is further submitted that all other accused were arrested and remanded to judicial custody and A2 and A4 were granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was included as an accused on the confession of the first accused and the petitioner is not having any bad antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain
conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.
