PRAYER :- to grant an extension of time to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.616 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15933 of 2019, dated 04.11.2019 on the file of this Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.616 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020 in Crl.OP(MD) No.15933 of 2019, dated 04.11.2019, for surrender and execution of sureties.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

No.2764 of 2020 3.After hearing the parties, in the interest of justice though the petitioner was already two times granted extension of time for executing the sureties, in the last occasion the order copy was made ready on 05.02.2020 and it was taken by the Advocate on 06.02.2020. There was one day delay, hence the Judicial Magistrate has returned the papers.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by 26.03.2020, failing which Non-bailable warrant issued by the committal Court shall be executed.
