ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A5 in Crime No.94 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 452, 147, 148, 294(b), 364(A), 367, 368 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., r/w. 120 (b) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons kidnapped the de-facto complainant with the help of the petitioner/A5. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner was engaged a temporary driver and he is in judicial custody for more than 75 days.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has not involved any offence of this nature and the coaccused were already arrested and released on bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
