Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner submitted an appeal dated 17.11.2017 before the third respondent. It appears that based on the said appeal petition, an enquiry notice was also issued on 19.04.2018. The petitioner wants speedy disposal of the said proceedings. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is not cooperating with the respondents for disposal of the appeal petition filed by him. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the third respondent on 29.03.2019 with all the relevant documents. Thereafter, the third respondent after putting all the interested parties on notice, pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.

4.It is made clear that this court has not expressed anything on the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
