Respondents PRAYER :- This Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the Inspector of Police, Karimedu Police Station, Madurai City, to award adequate police protection to the petitioner in the light of the judgments delivered by the Principal Sub Judge, Madurai, in A.S.No.176 of 2009 and A.S.No.177 of 2009, dated 09.03.2010, by confirming the judgment and decree delivered by the Principal District Munsif, Madurai City, in O.S.No.1107 of 1999 and O.S.No.82 of 2004 dated 08.10.2009 and on the basis of her complaint in C.S.R.No.586 of 2022. ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to award adequate police protection to the petitioner in the light of the judgments delivered by the Principal Sub Judge, Madurai, in A.S.No.176 of 2009 and A.S.No.177 of 2009, dated 09.03.2010, by confirming the judgment and decree delivered by the Principal District Munsif, Madurai City, in O.S.No.1107 of 1999 and O.S.No.82 of 2004 dated 08.10.2009 and on the basis of her complaint in C.S.R.No.586 of 2022.

2. Police protection is sought for to survey the land, this Petition had filed. The learned counsel on either side would submit that already land had surveyed, as such, this petition is having infructuous.

3. In view thereof, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
