CRL OP(MD). No.4621 of 2020 land has been illegally transported and now approached this Court for anticipatory bail.
3. Taking note of the illegal exploitation of the natural resource of river sand, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
