The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.Heard Mr.M.Paramasivam, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that the complaint, as against the petitioner, at the instance of the second respondent, was enquired into and closed long

back. It is further stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of harassment.
