ORDER

The petitioner is the husband of the respondent. He filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.400 of 2021, which is pending on the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the District 1/4

Court or Family Court at Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on the application filed by the respondent/wife in Tr.C.M.P.No.336 of 2022, the Principal Seat of this Court, by order dated 08.09.2022, transferred the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1188 of 2021 to file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai, for joint trial along with H.M.O.P.No.400 of 2022.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
