This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to give suitable instruction to the second respondent to register F.I.R on the basis of the complaint dated 09.11.2017 given by the petitioner, and take action in accordance with law.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint has been closed after conducting petition enquiry.

3.Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
