2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, re-examination of the the witnesses was already over and hence, there is no necessity to pass any order in this case.
