ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The patta in respect of the petition mentioned property stood in the name of the petitioner's father P.Sadayandi. He is no more. He is survived by his wife and the his son / writ petitioner herein. The petitioner only seeks transfer of names.
3. The learned Government Advocate submits that a joint patta will be issued in the name of the writ petitioner and his mother in the place of the writ petitioner's father within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
