ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 511 of I.P.C., in Crime No.28 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have attempted to commit theft at Rajapalayam Pandyan Grama Bank.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody from 21.04.2015 and he may be released on bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody from 21.04.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
