ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a FIR on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.06.2016 and act in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered on 26.07.2016 in Crime No.2 of 2016 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) IPC and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 and Section 4 and 5(a) of Prize Chit & Money Cir. Schemes (Banning) At, 1978.
