Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider and take appropriate action on the representation of the Petitioner signed by Vadalivilai Sri Mutharamman Temple Hindu Nadar Community members dated 26.03.2018 in the light of the circular issued by the 1st respondent dated 20.10.2017 and 08.11.2017 in letter No.41530/U1/2017 based on the procedure for conducting enquiry invoking under Section 68(2) and 69 of the Registration Act 1908 in respect of fraudulent registration of Trust namely Vadalivilai Oor Sri Mutharamman Temple, Hindu Nadar Samuthaya Vagai Trust Document No.356 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015 registered before the 3rd respondent within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.

The Writ Petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing second respondent to consider and take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner signed by Vadalivilai Sri Mutharamman Temple Hindu Nadar Community members dated 26.03.2018 in the light of the circular issued by the first respondent dated 20.10.2017 and 08.11.2017 in letter No.41530/U1/2017 based on the procedure for conducting enquiry invoking under Section 68(2) and 69 of the Registration Act 1908 in respect of fraudulent registration of Trust namely Vadalivilai Oor Sri Mutharamman Temple, Hindu Nadar Samuthaya Vagai Trust Document No.356 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015 registered before the 3rd respondent within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that second respondent has initiated enquiry under Section 68(2) and 69 of the Registration Act, 1908 vide proceedings No.1459/A1/2018 dated 10.04.2018. The prayer of the petitioner stands answered. Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, with the observation that the enquiry, directed by the second respondent, shall be completed as expeditious by as possible. No costs.
