Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein and their subordinates officials from in any manner interfering with the day to day activities of the members of the petitioners Ayyanar Brothers Sports Club, to play the game of Chess, Carrom, Rammy and other indoor games in the premises of the petitioners Ayyanar Brothers Sports Club, (Reg.No.SRG/Karaikudi/165/2020) at Jai City Nagar, Manthagudipatti Post, Ulagampatti Via, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District without following due process of law.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken for final hearing.
2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is running a Recreation Club and the Club was registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act and the Club is being run for the benefit of its' members. The petitioner's Clubs was entitled to conduct lawful activities in its premises and also could conduct entertainment programmes, but, the second respondent illegally trespassed into the premises of the Club and prayed for a direction to take action against the third respondent.

WP(MD)No.6334 of 2021 3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that a complaint was received against the petitioner and the same was treated as C.S.R.No.33 of 2021 and hence, the respondents entered into the premises of the petitioner's Club.
4.Since the C.S.R. has been assigned, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
