P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4, to cancel all the sub-divisions in survey numbers 3/2A, 3/2B, 3/sC and issue fresh patta in survey number 3/2 in favour of the petitioner and also mutate the revenue records in compliance of the order passed by the third respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.A1-4309-2013 dated 31.12.2013 within a reasonable time as stipulates by this Court forthwith considering the representation dated 09.12.2024. ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to cancel the sub-divisions in survey number 3/2A, 3/2B, 3/2C and to consequently issue patta in respect of survey number 3/2 in favour of the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father had made a representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer for cancellation of sub-divisions and the Revenue Divisional Officer passed an order on 31.12.2013 for effecting the mutation of records in favour of the petitioner's father. In the meantime, the petitioner's father died and hence, the petitioner gave a representation on 09.12.2024 to implement the recommendation of the third respondent.
4. Mr. S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the third respondent has only given his recommendations and orders will only have to be passed by the second respondent and he seeks for suitable directions to be issued.
5. In view of the limited scope of the relief, with the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024 taking into account the recommendation of the third respondent the Revenue Divisional Officer in Na.Ka A1-4309-2013, dated 31.12.2013 and pass final orders, in accordance with law and on merits of the petitioner's representation, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall submit consent or No Objection Certificate from the other legal heirs of her father, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
