(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal.
2.Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for R1 to R3 & R5 and Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned standing counsel takes notice for R4.
3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 3 and 4 to provide bus transport facilities (bearing route No.127 A, 67 T Enroute Kalakkadu to Tirunelveli) to petitioner's village namely, Keela Sadayamankulam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the proceedings of fifth respondent dated 16.03.2017 and by considering his representation dated 04.04.2018. 4.Learned Additional Advocate General as also learned standing counsel for R4 seek time towards consideration of the representation.
5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Additional Advocate General as also learned standing counsel for R4, this Writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to respondents to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 04.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
