ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to allow the petitioner to undergo the selection process to the post of Forest Guard with Driving Licence and provide him appointment.

2.Though the petitioner has succeeded in the physical endurance tests, his candidature for further selection process was rejected, on account of non production of required certificates, which according to him, had already been produced. In this connection, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondent, who has not considered the same so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be addressed on merits within the stipulated time. 4.Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2018, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
