O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to issue suitable direction to the respondents not to interfere with a civil dispute in connection with the property belonging to the petitioner in Survey No.235/1B, 235/2, 235/3B, 235/4B, 235/5, 236/1, 236/5 situate at Kullalakundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.It is submitted that civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the lessor and the petitioner seems to have entered into a lease agreement from the lessor, who was the auction purchaser and whose auction was subsequently set aside and hence, the lessor is pursuing his remedy before the Court.

3.Considering the same, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the property. This order will not stand in the way of the original title owner from proceeding in accordance with law against the petitioner by following due process of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
