************ This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by insisting her to vacate the house property of the petitioner's husband and hand over the vacant possession of a house property to the second respondent.
2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), a case has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2017, on 12.11.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
