ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to take necessary action against the 4th

respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation, dated 16.04.2018 to the respondents 1 to 3 making allegation against the fourth respondent. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police only on 16.04.2018 and the same is pending for enquiry.

5.In view of the above, the writ petition cannot be entertained at this stage. However, if any such representation is received, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
