ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to allow the petitioner to discharge his services as Office Assistant in 4th respondent office, and to pay salary to him from May 2018.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to appoint another person, in his place by dispensing with his service. So, requesting the respondents, not to dispense with his service, the petitioner sent a representation, which, according to him, is pending consideration and hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
