The petitioner seeks police protection for measuring the petition mentioned land.

2.The petitioner claims to possess a decree of the Jurisdictional Civil Court in his favour. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the petitioner did not move the second respondent till date. It appears that the petitioner has given a statement before the first respondent. The petitioner is permitted to file a petition before the second respondent. The second respondent will enquire the contesting parties. If the decree granted in favour of the petitioner had become final and if the survey authority seeks the aid of the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to provide police protection for doing the survey work.
