2. The petitioner seeks issuance of legal heir certificate. The petitioner's brother had passed away. The petitioner comes under the class-II category. On that ground, the petitioner's request cannot be negatived.

3. The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
