ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on the show cause notice issued to the petitioner.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that some of the persons, 11 in number, made false allegations against the petitioner and by proceedings dated 03.09.2018, the 2nd respondent had addressed in this regard to the 3rd respondent. Now the petitioner is before this Court, on the ground that without conducting proper enquiry, the issue attained finality.

3.In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry by appointing an Enquiry Officer, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the interested parties. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
