Since the impugned order is a show-cause notice, it would not be appropriate to quash the same. In the alternate, the respondents are duty bound to consider the reply given by the petitioner to the show-cause notice on its own merits and pass appropriate orders. Thereafter, if the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
2. With the above observation, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
