2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1458 of 2015 filed by the very same petitioner, for similar relief, is pending before the Principal District Court, Sivagangai, which was posted for next hearing on 02/06/2015.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Petition is dismissed.
