This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to grant permission and to provide police protection to conduct the Aadalum Paadalum dance programme on 22.04.2018 in pursuant to the Chithirai Festival of Arulmigu Sree Muthalamman - Sree Mariamman Thirukoil situated at Veeralampatti Village Mangalrevu Post Peraiyur Taluk Madurai District by considering the petitioners representation dated 12.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Admittedly, the representation dated 12.04.2018, has been

submitted by the petitioner in his individual capacity and therefore, this Court cannot entertain this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if any representation is made either by a member of Vizha Kuzhu or the Trustee or the organization, the same shall be considered by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 22.04.2018. No costs.
