The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 30.09.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.146 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and also perused the records.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first petitioner would submit that they are not having objections to condone the delay.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
