ORDER

This petition has been filed to file a final report in Crime No.9 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police within stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a petition seeking further investigation under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C/193(9) BNSS, 2023, if not satisfied by the manner in which final report is filed if so advised. 25.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss 2/4
