The petitioner has come forward with this application seeking a direction to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.202 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 354 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.At the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants an early disposal of C.C.No.202 of 2014. 4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a direction directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the case in C.C.No.202 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
