CRL MP(MD) No.4007 of 2022 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, he opposed to modify the said condition.

4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police once in a month i.e. on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
