ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 30.01.2015, for the alleged offence under Sections 408 and 420 IPC in Crime No.328 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.It is submitted that the petitioner was already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7602 of 2015 and the condition was also relaxed by the order passed in M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2015. Hence, this application is dismissed as not maintainable.
