O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.02.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.190 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324, 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 on the file of the third respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
