ORDER
The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet in HS No.308 of 2022 on the file of the fourth respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders within one week.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that they will complete the 2/4
enquiry within 15 days, this Court directs the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.
