ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.295 of 2009 on the file of the second respondent police as expeditiously as possible. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.295 of 2009, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
