RESPONDENTS/DEJURI COMPLAINANT/ DEJURI COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in the above Crl.OP(MD)No.18353/2021 dt.24/11/2021, in Crime No.58/2021 on the file of DCB,Thanjavur to appear before 2nd respondent police as and when required for interrogation instead of appearing before the 2nd Respondent Police every Monday at 10:30 AM.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK KUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18353 of 2021, dated 24.11.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.4008 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, he opposed to modify the said condition.

4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police once in a month i.e. on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
