arguments of Mr.R.KARTHICK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.9547, 9548, 9549, 9550, 9551, 9552, 9553 and 9554 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.14071, 14072, 14073, 14074, 14075, 14076, 14077 and 14078 of 2021, respectively, dated 16.09.2021 and 22.09.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. He would further submit that since the investigation is pending, he opposed to modify the said condition.

4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police once in a month i.e. on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 5.These petitions are ordered accordingly.
