This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that during enquiry, both the parties have agreed to settle their dispute out of Court. Hence, the the said complaint was closed. He also produced a copy of the closure report before this Court.
