The petitioner is the wife of the respondent herein. The relationship between them had come under strain. Therefore, the petitioner had filed M.C.No.9 of 2019 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Melur, seeking maintenance. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Melur to fast track the proceedings. 2.It is true that maintenance cases will have to speedily disposed of. But then this Court has not been appraised of the work load of the Court below. Therefore, this Court is not a position to grant any relief in this criminal original petition. This Court can only request the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Melur to dispose of M.C.No.9 of 2019 as early as possible subject to its work load. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
