ORDER

The petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent No.3, to register the FIR, in the complaint of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2015 and act in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that no complaint has been received by the 3rd respondent.

3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the acknowledgement of the complaint sent to R1, there is no proof of the complaint given to the 3rd respondent.

4. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to present a complaint in person to the 3rd respondent on 16.06.2015 in person along a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to look into the same and conclude the enquiry, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
