This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide police protection for fencing the lands in Survey Nos.181/2, 181/5, 189/1 and 189/5, situated at Kaaramangalam Village, Keelanilai Sub-Registrar District, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
2.The petitioner seeks police protection to survey the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.181/2, 181/5, 189/1 and 189/5, situated at Kaaramangalam Village, Keelanilai Sub-Registrar District, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the her representation dated 29.04.2015. Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
