ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.04.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 307, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.67 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, on 14.07.2016 the petitioner along with other accused persons attacked one Muthulakshmi and others. Due to the injury, she died in the hospital. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and there is no specific overt-act attributed against the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 04.04.2016.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased and others and due to the injury, the deceased died and caused severe injury to others and the petition is in early stage and the investigation is pending.
