ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A10, who was remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 08.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 366(A), 372 and 373 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.614 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. It is alleged that on 10.07.2013 at 16.00 hours the respondent police seized the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 59 P 9691 and arrested the accused No.1 to 4 stating that they used the vehicle for immoral purpose.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confession statement of one of the accused and the other accused were already arrested and released on bail and he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents and the major part of investigation is over.

5.Considering the allegations made against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. Until further orders.
