2. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent sought time to file their counter.

3. I am of the view that the Writ petition need not be kept pending for filing counter. All that the petitioner wants is furnishing of certain information and copies of some documents. The second respondent is directed to provide the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if they are available.
