ORDER

When the mater was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent stated that the Medical council is seized of the matter. The learned Standing Counsel further stated that the complaint has been received from the writ petitioner and that they are likely to dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. It is needless to say that the first respondent shall pass orders only after hearing all the interested parties and by following the procedure laid down in the Regulations.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
