This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 seeking permission to cut and remove dry and unproductive palm trees in the petitioner's patta land comprised in Survey No.330/3B1 situated at Uraikinaru, Sayalgudi Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already made an application to the respondents on 10.02.2026, with regard to the aforesaid prayer. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2026 and pass orders within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
